Aldridge Development, Inc. is a real estate investment and development firm focused on multifamily and mixed use projects primarily in the western United States.  Founded in 2000 by Barney Aldridge, Aldridge Development's mission is to create highly designed properties that foster community and improve the quality of people's lives while achieving investment goals.  We are "hands on" operators and handle all aspects of the investment cycle in-house.  Projects have included acquisitions, land development, ground-up construction and rehab/re-positioning.

Our core principles are:

Community

The driving force behind everything we do is creating and enhancing community.

Design

We pride ourselves on our uncompromising belief that good design doesn't have to break the budget. We work closely with imaginative and skilled architects and interior designers to create remarkable buildings, and take pride in knowing that what we build improves the quality of people's lives.

Relationships

We understand that our success as developers depends in large part on the quality of our relationships, from the investors and bankers that help finance our project to brokers that help find us new projects, to the general contractors, architects and other consultants that help design and build them and to the residents that live in them.  We take pride in developing strong relationships and in being nice people, too.
