THE BARLOW - SEBASTOPOL, CA - REDEVELOPMENT
Composed of 12.5 acres and 212,000 square feet, The Barlow is an open- air marketplace where Sonoma County’s best chefs, vintners and artisans sell their unique goods to customers while production happens in real time onsite. A transit oriented development located in Rohnert Park, California. 100 apartment units located adjacent to a creek and bike trail near downtown, Sonoma State University and the new SMART station.
10TH AND PEARL - BOULDER, CO - ACQUISITION
45,000 sq ft retail/office project on Pearl Street in Boulder, Colorado. Mr. Aldridge acquired the property in 2006 as a safe-haven to park capital in anticipation of the nearing recession. The property was subsequently sold in 2012.
MEADOWVIEW TOWNHOMES - SANTA ROSA, CA - DEVELOPMENT
65,000 sq ft. 72-unit residential gated condominium community in Santa Rosa, Ca. Mr. Aldridge designed, developed, and completed this property from the ground up in 2006 for a total project cost of $7,100,000 which included a construction loan of $5,800,000. The project was fully sold out in 2007.
DEER PATH VILLAS - SANTA ROSA, CA - DEVELOPMENT
60,000 sq ft. 64-unit residential gated condominium community in Santa Rosa, Ca. Mr. Aldridge designed, developed, and completed this property from the ground up in 2002. The project fully sold out in 2005.
MONTECITO PLAZA - SANTA ROSA, CA - ACQUISITION
10,000 sq ft office building in Santa Rosa, Ca. Mr. Aldridge purchased the property in 1997 and subsequently sold the property in 2001.
VISTA PARK APARTMENTS - SANTA ROSA, CA - ACQUISITION AND RENOVATION
50 unit apartment complex in Santa Rosa, CA. Mr. Aldridge purchased the property in 1998 and implemented a renovation and leasing business plan. The property was subsequently sold in 2007.
